D Pod - D14 Matriline

Meet Flint's Matriline, D14!

From Left to right, we have D18- Flint (male), D20- Coen (male), D21 - Sita (female), D28 - Gemma (female) and D15 - Cyrus (male).

Flint, Coen, Sita and Cyrus are all siblings. Their mother (D14 - Lydia) died at age 43. Her matriline continues on with young Sita, who at age 10, has already had her first child, Gemma (9 months old). Sita is finding it difficult without a Mother to help her raise a calf, but her brothers are there for support. Lydia passed away when Sita was only 6 years old.

Cyrus is the oldest at 29 years, Flint is 17 years old and Coen is a sprouting 13 year old.

There was another brother born after Cyrus, (D16- Orion) but he passed away at just 4 years of age.
